The location here is great - you can easily walk to all the main tourist attractions. Plus, there's a cute café called Antica Sicilia Pasticceria just a 200-meter stroll away! 🍰

Great loation, the hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from Milan Central Station. A supermarket is a block away from the hotel and there are many retaurants in the neighborhood, very convenient.

The electricity is not powerful to run TV and Airco at the same time.

Locations is best, near to Buenos Aires, staff is very nice and polited, they have nice dog Fei.

Breakfast is typically Italian too sweet, in bathroom tush...

Convenient location with parking nearby, perfect for a city getaway. the subway station is just a stone's throw away, so getting around is a breeze. the breakfast options at the bar are top-notch 🥐.

The staff do not speak English nor French nor Japanese nor Chinese although we are prepared to communicate in four languages. That is really bad and we end up using body languages!

I love this hotel, I spend there one night a week almost. I've tried many hotels in Milano through booking but the service, the wonderful room #11 on the little garden, the quieteness of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff makes me say this is just the best hotel you can find in the area.I strongly recommend it.

The staff was excellent. We loved the support, service, quick response to problems and friendliness. It was a good value.

As with many 2 star European hotels, the rooms are smaller, the showers are cramped and the lobbies sparse by American standards, but outside of that cultural difference the hotel was great.

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was pleasant and modest and had magnificent location really close to the main bus station, the shops and metro stations and main train station. The breakfast was satisfactory and provided with nice coffee and proper cappuccino, for instance...

The breakfasts with good coffee are a nice touch. the guest room had a nice bed, central heating, a work desk, and a TV. - the location is particularly good and convenient, just minutes away from the central station. - Convenient access to restaurants and cafés adds to the overall experience.

Location - close to the Central Train station and very conveniently situated to the best pizzeria!! Supermarket just down the road where you could purchase really cheap water and other supplies. Breakfast good.No lift, but only one flight of stairs and staff very helpful with carrying luggage

Cozy rooms that have been recently updated, come with nice beds, a balcony 🌿, and AC to keep you cool during hot days.

Staff was very helpful and the coffee for breakfast was good. The Hotel is very well located. There is a metro 5 minuters by walk, a very big supermarket right across the street and the major shopping boulevard "buenos Aires" is 3 minutes by walk.

The rooms were quite small and there is only a very thin slide door for the bathroom - its more a curtain than a door. The bathroom facilities are very basic and the shower cabin was broke. Breakfast was held at an uncomfortable and dark area and besides the coffee the offer was not very good.
